Crisp romaine lettuce, fresh grated parmesan cheese, homemade garlicky croutons,
 all tossed in our signature gourmet Caesar dressing.

Fileto di pesce alla CASANOVA
Fresh fillet of local sea bass perfectly grilled, served with sauce Livornese (capers, black olives, cherry tomatoes, White wine, garlic, oregano) and our famous Gnocchis – little homemade Italian potato dumplings.   Or,

 Lasagna Queen XL
Spectacular medley of lasagna (green peas, Italian cooked ham, minced meat, tomatoes and besciamella sauce) baked under a golden crust of parmesan cheese.

Tiramisu
Mum's inherited recipe of the real Italian tiramisu.  Loaded with mascarpone-amaretto filling adn chocolate powder dusted. Unashamed creamy and delicious!

Our signature recipe featuring local, fresh seafood, vegetables and herbs.  O

Fresh heirloom tomatoes combined with original Italian buffalo mozzarella cheese, topped with young basil leaves, drizzled with a dressing of extra vergine olive oil and balsamic vinegar di Modena.

Main Courses

Pollo Marsala
Succulent medaillons of chicken breast in crusty parmesan-breadcrumb coat,
topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Served with creamy potatoes.  O

Ravioli di aragosta o funghi
Giant pasta cushions, home made, filled with either lobster chunks and ricotta cheese or diced champignons, cherry tomatoes and fresh thyme, sauteed in Brandy.
Served and spectacularly decorated with light lobster cream or satin leek sauce.

Silvia's
favorite recipe of the Venetian gondolieri. Juicy blue jumbo shrimps, peeled, sautéed with cherry tomatoes in a reduction of brandy-prosecco-garlic and olive oil. All served on a bed of Spaghetti. Or,

(2 spinach, 2 spicy sausage & 2 lobster ravioli)
All different kinds of our homemade Raviolis on one plate. Or,
 

New York alla brace
Lean New York steak, 15 oz., grilled to your liking with procini mushroom-pepper sauce. Accompanied with pan-fried rosemary potatoes and fresh suateed vegetables.
 
Dessert
Cannoli Rick
3 delicate, homemade pastry shells filled with Rick's secret sweet ricotta dream-cream.
Decorated with local honey, vanilla sauce and powdered sugar.
